    1. Confirmation: After making your order request we will call you to confirm your order.
    2. Delivery Time: Delivery of your order will be made within 3-7 days.

    4. Collection: We regret that we do not offer collection in person for prospective buyers. Instead, we offer delivery and installation to your home or business office.
    5. Tower Size: Most of our computer base units are micro towers, also known as small form factor (SFF). This is a very practical size since it has the smallest size and very quiet in operation. As a rough guide, the base unit measures approximately: height (30-35cm) x depth (30-40cm) x width (10-12cm). Most of the computers on offer are shown in the photo at the top of the page.
    6. Laptops/PC: All laptops and tower PC units are fully checked and serviced prior to delivery.
    7. Upgrade Options: Components for upgrade options, including monitors, are only available when you purchase a PC tower unit or laptop. Therefore we do not sell the upgrade optional parts alone. Some upgrade options may not be available.
    8. Trade-in Part Exchange: We may take your existing old PC or laptop, even if it is not working, as part exchange against the purchase of a refurbished unit, and hence saving even more money.
    9. Home Installtion: We offer delivery and installation including internet connection. If you require additional help such as printer installation, other software setup a small fee may apply.
    10. Hardware Brands: If we are unable to meet your requested brand we will call you and offer you alternative equivalent brand from the list below. Please note that computer monitors have different brands and may not match the brand of the PC tower unit.

    13. Payment: We take payment after successful delivery and installation of your computer. We accept, cash, bank transfer or online payment.
    14. Warranty: All used computers and laptops have 3 months hardware warranty. We will repair on-site or collect and return your computer to you after repair. Faulty parts will be replaced free of charge, but charges apply for our labour cost involving software and operating system installations.
