￭ Q: Which devices do you repair?
A: We repair all brands of personal computers and laptops including AIO computers.
￭ Q: Which areas do you cover?
A: Our coverage areas extends to within 50 miles from Harrow.
￭ Q: How much do you charge for basic service?
A: Most of our basic services cost ss little as £50 inc. We let you know in advance if cost is higher.
￭ Q: Which payment method do you accept?
A: We accept all payment methods; Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card and PayPal.
￭ Q: How long does it take to repair a computer or laptop if you have to take it away?
A: We fix most problems in your home, but if the repair is likely to take more than one/two hours, or spare parts are required, we need to take you computer away for service. We aim to return your computer to you within 24/48 hours, but if we have to order spare parts then it may take longer.
￭ Q: Are you qualified engineers?
A: yes, we are Microsoft Certified, and also have other certification for hardware service. We have many years of experience and you can be assured of quality service.
￭ Q: Do you charge for home visits or on-site business support?
A: There is no charge for home call service, or business on-site callout, within 30 miles of our base. If your location is outside this area a small call out fee will be charged and you will be advised in advance.
