Q: Which devices do you repair?
A: We repair all brands of personal computers and laptops including Apple Mac, Standard Computers with Microsoft Windows, All in One computers, ChromeBooks and Microsoft Surface laptops.

Q: Which areas do you cover?
A: Our coverage areas extends to a radius of 50 miles from Harrow.

Q: How much do you charge for basic service?
A: Most of our basic services cost as little as £50 inc. We let you know in advance if cost is higher.

Q: Which payment method do you accept?
A: We accept all payment methods; Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card and PayPal.

Q: How long does it take to repair a computer or laptop if you have to take it away?
A: We fix most problems in your home, but if the repair is likely to take more than one/two hours, or spare parts are required, we need to take your computer away for service. We offer collect and return service and we aim to return your computer to you within 24/48 hours, but if we have to order spare parts then it may take longer. You may qualify for a free loan of a laptop if we take your computer away for repair.

Q: Are you qualified engineers?
A: yes, we are Microsoft Certified, and also have other certification for hardware service. We have many years of experience and you can be assured of quality service.

Q: Do you charge for home visits or on-site business support?
A: There is no charge for home call service, or business on-site callout, which are within 20 miles of our base. If your location is outside this area a small call out fee will be charged and will be included in the quoted price.
